I am a Project Manager of online events and courses, including content development, speaker relations, production management, product build-out and live event management.   • Are you launching a virtual training program, summit, or event and want it to go smoothly? I support and manage such initiatives from start to finish. You can delegate - in full or in part - content design, speaker relations, production management, course build-out, scheduling, execution, and post-event surveying to me. I will ensure the event runs flawlessly from end-to-end.

  • Do you have a project that needs a leader to manage it well? I offer general project management with clear vision, adaptable planning, and effective communication with all stakeholders. From vision to completion, I will manage your projects smoothly and predictably.

  • Is your small business growing? Are you overwhelmed by administrative and scheduling tasks? As a virtual office manager and administrator, I assist with day-to-day tasks, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, newsletter drafting, social media management, and event planning. I relieve you of these responsibilities so that you can focus on more strategic, client-facing and operational matters.

Day

Good for a one-time “light lift” project that you need temporary assistance with, for example, newsletter writing + design, website content revisioning, research etc. We make a quick game plan for the project, and I accomplish it within a specified timeframe.

5-15 hours total

5 Hours per Week

Perfect for a small business owner who needs some consistent extra help here and there. This is great for smaller day-to-day activities such as calendar management, social media design, scheduling or client correspondence and small event planning.

20 hours per month

10 Hours per Week

Ideal for larger projects, such as online event planning, which may include production management, content development, speaker relations, course build-out, marketing support and live event production. I offer consistent management to carry it through.

40 hours per month

About me.

I bring 16 years of management experience to the table, primarily in the mindfulness and wellness industry. My background includes working internationally as an executive assistant, producing large residential events in Canada and abroad, and planning online summits, events and courses from conception to completion.

I have extensive experience managing teams, and relating to stakeholders at all levels. I enjoy making sense out of complexity. I have an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and am currently working towards a Certification in Project Management.

When not at my desk, you’ll find me outdoors, playing in the elements with my dog or catching up with family and friends!
